What if a player missed an opportunity to do a Joker Swap and discards that tile? Can another player call that tile to make the Joker Exchange?
Unfortunately, the answer is no. If a Joker Exchange opportunity is missed and that tile is discarded, it is dead for that Joker exchange and cannot be called.
Similarly, a missed joker swap can not be rescued with a Blank if your group plays that way.
However, a player may call the discarded tile for a new exposure, unrelated to the joker swap.
