At Southern Sparrow, we want you to absolutely love your purchase. If for any reason it’s not the perfect fit, we’re here to help.

30-Day Free Returns (U.S. Orders)

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original form of payment.

Our 30-day return policy includes:

  • Free return shipping
  • No restocking fees
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Returns After 30 Days or Opened Products

We understand that sometimes plans change and we aim to be fair and flexible whenever possible.

Returns requested after 30 days, or for opened or used items, may still be accepted at our discretion and are subject to:

  • A restocking fee (typically 10–20%, depending on item condition)
  • Return shipping costs deducted from the refund

Please contact us at support@southernsparrow.com before sending any late or opened returns so we can review your situation and provide next steps.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@southernsparrow.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

International Orders

Due to high shipping costs, duties, and customs fees, all international orders are final sale and non-refundable.

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on international shipments.

Include your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and instructions.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for processing (plus bank processing time)
