U.S. Shipping (Continental United States)

We offer standard shipping on all U.S. orders within the continental United States.

Estimated delivery time:
3–5 business days from shipment

Please note:

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

International Shipping

We are happy to ship internationally to many countries worldwide.

Important information for international orders:

  • International shipping costs are calculated at checkout
  • Delivery times vary by destination and carrier
  • All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid)

This means:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and handling fees required by their country
  • These fees are not included in your purchase total or shipping cost
  • Payment is typically required upon delivery before your package is released

Southern Sparrow does not collect or control these charges.

International Orders – Final Sale

Due to the high cost of international shipping, customs processing, and duties:

All international orders are final sale and non-refundable.

We are unable to accept international returns or issue refunds once an order has shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

While we work closely with our shipping partners, Southern Sparrow is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers or customs
  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist promptly.
