Add approved Southern Sparrow products to your online store. Product and inventory information stay connected through Shopify Collective, and when your customer orders, Southern Sparrow ships the merchandise directly to them.

Wholesale Mahjong FAQs
Who can become a Southern Sparrow retailer?
We consider U.S. boutiques, gift shops, specialty mahjong stores, and other retail businesses whose assortments are a good fit for Southern Sparrow. All accounts require approval. Online retailers are welcome to inquire about Shopify Collective.
Is there a minimum wholesale order?
No. Our direct wholesale program has no opening or reorder minimum. Choose the products and quantities that are right for your store.
Which mahjong products are available wholesale?
Our wholesale catalog includes selected Southern Sparrow mahjong tiles, mats, racks, tile bags, weekender bags, display boxes, and accessories. Availability changes with inventory and new releases. Products from other brands carried on our retail website are not included.
Where can I see wholesale prices?
Approved retailers can view wholesale prices by signing in with the email address associated with their retailer account. Public product prices are recommended retail prices.
Do I need a Shopify store to order wholesale?
No. You can purchase inventory through your approved Southern Sparrow wholesale account without operating a Shopify store. Shopify Collective is a separate option for eligible retailers who use Shopify and wish to carrry Southern Sparrow products online online without having to hold or fulfill inventory.
How do payment and shipping work?
Direct wholesale orders are paid in full at checkout. Shipping charges are calculated separately and displayed before payment. Our direct wholesale program currently ships to U.S. addresses only. Wholesale orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days from payment.
Can I combine wholesale pricing with a discount code?
Wholesale pricing cannot be combined with retail promotions, affiliate codes, or other discounts unless we specifically approve an offer.
Can I return unsold merchandise?
Direct wholesale purchases are final sale, including opening orders. We do not accept returns or exchanges for unsold inventory, changes of mind, or product preferences. See the claims policy below for delivery issues and manufacturing defects.
Can I use Southern Sparrow product photography?
Approved retailers may request product images and descriptions to help introduce Southern Sparrow to their customers. Contact us for approved materials.
Wholesale Returns & Claims
The following terms apply to direct purchases through an approved Southern Sparrow wholesale account. Our consumer return policy does not apply to wholesale purchases. Shopify Collective orders follow the arrangements established for that partnership.
Final sale
Direct wholesale purchases are not eligible for returns or exchanges for unsold inventory, changes of mind, or product preferences.
Delivery issues
Please inspect shipments upon arrival and report shipping damage, missing items, or incorrect merchandise within seven calendar days of delivery.
Email support@southernsparrow.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the affected merchandise and packaging, as applicable. Retain the merchandise and packaging until we provide instructions.
Manufacturing defects
Report suspected manufacturing defects promptly upon discovery. Problems that were not reasonably apparent during delivery inspection will be reviewed separately from the seven-day delivery reporting window.
Approved claims
We will arrange a replacement item or component where available. If a suitable replacement is unavailable, we will offer a credit or refund for the affected merchandise at the wholesale price paid.
If a return is required for an approved claim, we will provide a prepaid return label. Please obtain authorization before sending merchandise back.
Your customers’ returns
Retailers manage customer change-of-mind returns under their own store policies. Contact Southern Sparrow for assistance with suspected manufacturing defects.
These terms do not limit rights or remedies required by applicable law.
